What happens next

  • 1 When reservations open in August 2026, Founder Guests receive private access to the booking calendar before the VIP list and the public.
  • 2 Your $25 pass is applied toward your first stay, plus a $50 stay credit — $75 in total booking value.
  • 3 To be eligible for a refund, you must request it by the end of the early access window. The early access window close date will be posted and communicated to all Founder Pass holders.
